Operators Library (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at operatorslibrary.com (the “Site”), a paid educational membership covering ecommerce and dropshipping, with some public pages and tools. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

We store small amounts of data locally in your browser (via localStorage) to remember preferences such as theme and capture state. Authenticated course progress is stored on our service providers' systems so it can appear across sessions and devices. You can clear local browser storage through your browser settings.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your data under the following legal bases: performance of our contract with members, your consent (for optional email sequences and non-essential analytics where required), our legitimate interests (in understanding and improving the Site in a privacy-respecting way), and legal obligation where applicable. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the Site. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service:
We also publish content to social platforms (including Pinterest, X, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, and Mastodon). This is outbound publishing only — we post links to our own content. We do not receive or store your personal social-media data through the Site. If you interact with our posts on those platforms, that interaction is governed by the platform's own privacy policy.
We use cookies and browser storage for two purposes: essential functions (remembering your theme and progress, keeping the Site working) and analytics (understanding aggregate usage via PostHog). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential authentication or session storage may prevent login, account, billing, and member features from working. Analytics controls do not determine subscription access.
Some links to third-party tools and services on the Site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Clicking an affiliate link may pass a referral identifier to that third party under their own privacy policy. We only recommend tools we consider genuinely useful, and affiliate relationships never change our editorial coverage.
We keep account, subscription, course-progress, diagnostic consent/results, and delivery records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records. Marketing email records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to suppression records needed to honor that choice. Provider backups and legally required billing records may persist for additional periods. Browser data remains until you clear it or the application removes it.

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of that email. To exercise any other right, email us at privacy@operatorslibrary.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. California residents (under the CCPA/CPRA) have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights — and since we don't sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers of personal data out of the EEA or UK.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
